Guangdong, China - October 31, 2025 - Tenuo Glass Products (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. officially commenced production of its 30 tons per day (T/D) high-end cosmetic bottle glass melting furnace project in Guangdong, following a successful heating-up ceremony held on October 16, 2025. The Managing Director Mr. Yu Hongbin and Chief Engineer Mr Huang Zhenhu from JEFFER Engineering also attended this ceremony.
The turnkey engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) project was undertaken by JEFFER Engineering Design Co., Ltd., which assumed full responsibility for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and production of the glass melting furnace and batch plant. Leveraging its professional expertise in glass engineering, the JEFFER Engineering Project Team maintained close communication and seamless collaboration with the client throughout the project life-cycle.
Despite the tight construction schedule, the JEFFER Engineering Project Team successfully completed all project stages - from technical design and equipment supply to on-site installation, commissioning, heating up and final handover - ensuring the furnace achieved on-schedule commissioning as planned. This milestone underscores the effective project management capabilities and technical proficiency of JEFFER Engineering in delivering complex glass furnace projects.
